Who is Ground Sun?
Ground Sun is an engineering company that supplies reusable materials for construction projects. Their materials used are screw piles and heat pumps. They aim to build using low-energy materials heating and cooling systems in a home so it will be beneficial for the future.

What problem did Ground Sun have?
The problem was that they wanted to expand their business and felt that redesigning their website was the only way to achieve this. This was their first-ever website, so allowing a fresh design and bigger online presence could help with their problem.
One of the main ways they attracted their customers was through the website, as they had set up a Google priority and through Google reviews.
My Objective
After reviewing the website, the main issue was the website's overall look and feel and navigation. As I think this will attract more customers.
My role in this project was a consultancy role. Unfortunately, I had little time to conduct a UX process with them.
During this role. I advised the client on what to improve based on the old website and helped them choose the best website builder to build their new website based on their needs.

The Future of Ground Sun?
The website has been built, and the client is thrilled with the results. The website builder they chose was WordPress. They have used it before and know how to use it. Also, more features have been released since they last built the website about ten years ago.
The problem I faced during this project was the length of time. I would have liked to have had more time with the project.
If I had more time for the project, I would have liked to create some tests and use this data to create ideas of how we should move forward rather than explore options that the user already knew.
